pak356 Terms and Conditions – Know Before You Bet

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user, and pak356, the operator of the website pak356.ws and all associated services. By accessing pak356, registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms, understood them and agreed to be bound by them in full.

pak356 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended terms will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of pak356 after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically, particularly before large deposits or before claiming a bonus.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of your overall agreement with pak356. If there is any conflict between those documents and these Terms, these Terms take precedence unless stated otherwise.

To register and use pak356 you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pak356 operates a strict minimum age policy. Anyone found to be under 18 will have their account closed immediately and any funds returned to the original depositing method.
• You must be accessing pak356 voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be registered as a problem gambler on any self-exclusion register or have been excluded from any gambling service.
• You must be acting as principal on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative for a third party.
• You must not be an employee, contractor or immediate family member of an employee of pak356 or any of its affiliated game suppliers.

pak356 may request documentation to verify eligibility at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension and withdrawal of pending payouts pending review.

Each individual may hold only one active account on pak356. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different details — is strictly prohibited. pak356 uses automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts except the first registered may be closed and any balances in duplicate accounts forfeited.

• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your real name, active mobile number and date of birth.
• You are responsible for keeping your pak356 login credentials — including your password and any linked OTP access — confidential and secure.
• You must not share your account with any other person or allow any other person to use or access your account.
• pak356 accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted or otherwise assigned to another person.
• pak356 may, at any time, request identity verification (KYC) documentation to confirm the details you provided at registration. Common documents include a CNIC or equivalent national ID. We may suspend withdrawal access until KYC is satisfactorily completed.

All deposits to pak356 are made in Pakistani Rupees (Rs / PKR). The minimum deposit is Rs 200. The following payment methods are accepted: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

• You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. pak356 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
• Deposits are credited to your pak356 wallet in real time for most mobile wallet methods. Bank IBFT transfers may take between 30 minutes and a few hours to reflect.
• pak356 does not charge a platform fee on deposits. Any fees from your payment provider are separate and governed by their terms.
• If a deposit fails to credit to your wallet within the expected timeframe, contact pak356 support with your transaction reference. Do not attempt to re-deposit without checking with support first to avoid duplicate charges.
• pak356 may impose maximum deposit limits on accounts for responsible gaming reasons or where unusual deposit patterns are detected. These limits will be communicated to you.

Withdrawals from pak356 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified alternative method in certain circumstances. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 200.

• Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically complete within a few minutes to one hour. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to 24 hours.
• You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal or before withdrawals exceed a cumulative threshold set by pak356. Accounts that have not completed KYC may have withdrawals held pending document review.
• pak356 may request the source of funds documentation for large withdrawals. This is a standard compliance procedure and does not imply any suspicion of wrongdoing.
• Only genuine winnings from real money play may be withdrawn. Bonus funds must have met the applicable wagering requirements before they or the winnings derived from them can be withdrawn.
• pak356 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals where an account is under investigation for fraud, bonus abuse or breach of these Terms, pending the outcome of that investigation.

pak356 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated at the point of offer. The terms below apply generally to all bonuses on pak356 unless the individual promotion specifies otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per device. Claiming multiple bonuses through multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• All bonuses come with wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise, a wagering requirement means the total of (deposit + bonus) must be wagered the stated number of times before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Bonus expiry dates apply. Any bonus not claimed or wagering requirements not met by the expiry date will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from your account.
• Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements — for example, casino slots may contribute 100% while live table games contribute a lower percentage. Contribution rates are stated in individual bonus terms.
• pak356 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, to recalculate bonus winnings where technical errors occurred, and to reclaim bonus funds where the terms of the promotion have not been met.

The following general rules apply to all sports and virtual sports betting on pak356. Specific rules for individual sports are available in the sport-specific rules section of the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the user after it has been accepted by pak356's system.
• pak356 reserves the right to void or suspend betting markets at any time prior to settlement where there is a technical error, clear pricing error, or where the integrity of the event is in question.
• Odds displayed on pak356 are correct at the time of display but may change before your bet is accepted. The odds confirmed at the time your bet is placed are the odds that will apply to that bet.
• Bets placed on events where the result is already known — for example due to a data feed error or delayed score — will be voided by pak356 regardless of when the bet was placed.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply and vary by sport, market and event. Current limits are displayed in the betslip before confirmation.
• Accumulator bets on pak356 require all selections to win for the full return to be paid. If one selection is voided, it is treated as a non-runner and removed from the accumulator at odds of 1.00.

The casino and games section of pak356 — including Baccarat, Andar Bahar, Aviator and virtual sports — is governed by the following rules in addition to the general Terms:

• All casino games and virtual sports on pak356 use certified RNG or live dealer systems. Game outcomes are independently audited for fairness. pak356 does not manipulate or influence game results.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino hand or game round, the round outcome is determined by the result recorded on the pak356 server at the time of disconnection. pak356 is not responsible for losses arising from connectivity issues on the user's end.
• Maximum win limits apply to certain casino games. These limits are displayed within the game information panel before play begins. Winnings that exceed the displayed maximum may be capped at that limit.
• In Aviator, auto-cashout functions operate server-side. If a user's connection drops after auto-cashout has been set and the target multiplier is reached, the cashout will be processed automatically. pak356 is not liable if the user chose not to set auto-cashout.
• Past game results do not influence future outcomes. Each casino game round on pak356 is an independent event.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pak356. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account in any form, including using different personal details, mobile numbers, email addresses or payment methods.
• Using automated betting bots, scripts, algorithms or any software designed to place bets or interact with pak356 without human input.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or pricing mistakes in odds to gain an unfair advantage. Such bets will be voided and original stakes returned.
• Match-fixing, betting on events with prior knowledge of the outcome, or any form of manipulation of real sports events.
• Collusion with other pak356 users to exploit bonuses, withdraw artificially or otherwise game the platform's systems.
• Any attempt to launder money through pak356 by depositing funds, generating minimal betting turnover and withdrawing. pak356 has anti-money-laundering procedures in place and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Abusive, threatening or discriminatory communication directed at pak356 staff or other users via any channel.

pak356 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred. The following apply in such circumstances:

• During a suspension, deposits and withdrawals will be frozen pending the outcome of any investigation. Bets already placed but not yet settled may be voided if they are found to be connected to the breach.
• Where fraud is confirmed, pak356 will forfeit the account balance and will not be obligated to return any funds, including the original deposit.
• Where an account is closed at the user's own request for responsible gaming reasons, any real money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the user's verified payment method.
• pak356 will communicate the reason for any account suspension by email or in-app message within 72 hours of the suspension being applied, except where doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation.

pak356 takes responsible gaming seriously and we want every person who uses our platform to do so safely and within their means. The following tools are available in all pak356 accounts and can be applied at any time through account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amount. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for 24 hours after any change.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss amount per day, week or month. pak356 will stop accepting bets once the limit is reached for that period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive an alert or automatic logout when you have been logged into pak356 for a set duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a temporary break from pak356 for a period of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a cool-off, your account is inaccessible but your data is retained.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from pak356. Once applied, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months. Full details are on our Responsible Gaming page.

pak356 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering on pak356 you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

• pak356 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• pak356 may share data with payment processors, KYC verification services and fraud prevention systems as necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable obligations.
• You have the right to request access to the personal data pak356 holds about you. Contact support with a data access request and we will respond within 30 days.
• Transaction data and betting history may be retained for a minimum of five years to comply with record-keeping obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak356 excludes liability for the following:

• Losses arising from betting decisions made by the user, including losses on any specific bet, session or period of play.
• Loss of winnings, data or profits arising from platform outages, technical errors or connectivity issues beyond pak356's reasonable control.
• Indirect, consequential or special losses of any kind arising from use of pak356, even if pak356 was advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Delays in the crediting of deposits or processing of withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers acting outside their normal service parameters.

Nothing in these Terms limits pak356's liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. pak356's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim is limited to the value of the user's wallet balance at the time the claim arises.

pak356 may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised and, for material changes, pak356 will notify registered users via the in-app notification system or by email to the contact details on file.

Continued use of pak356 following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should stop using pak356 and request a withdrawal of any available balance before the revised Terms take effect.
